A Fat-burning 30 Minute, At-Home Workout (No Equipment Needed)
As we move into what everyone is calling a "new normal", how do we keep our bodies and minds healthy while balancing work, life, and family at the same time? One of the easiest ways to take care of yourself is to squeeze in a few minutes of activity to break up your day. Here's a quick, 30 minute HIIT workout that is a fat-burning, energy boosting routine that's sure to break up your day and help you create the energy to tackle that to-do list!
So, what is HIIT? "HIIT" stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is a type of cardio workout, consisting of short bursts of hard work. HIIT is one of the quickest ways to burn calories and get lean (with consistency and proper diet, of course). It's the ideal workout for a busy schedule! Here are some awesome benefits of HIIT:
1. It's efficient (super quick and fits into your schedule!)
2. It burns fat, quick! Both before and after the workout, your body will be burning calories.

So, here's how this works. Each set has 4 workouts. You do each set twice for 7 minutes each. Rest for 1-2 minutes between sets. Just put in 28 minutes of work total!
Set 1: (2 sets, 7 minutes each)
> Squats (30)
> Burpees (15)
> V-Ups (50)
> Jumping Jacks (50)
Set 2: (2 sets, 7 minutes each)
> Jump Squats (20)
> Walking Lunges (30)
> Pushups (20)
> Shoulder Taps (50 - 25 per side)
