Fidgey Ray Boutique understands that ordering online can be tricky sometimes! We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after receipt of your item. You are allowed 14 days from the date your order was marked delivered to request an exchange for an item in perfect condition of the same item and same color ONLY. Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock, there can be no exchange under any circumstances. You must return the item and you will receive store credit. We reserve the right to accept returns on a case by case basis.
Please make sure to inspect items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges or returns past the 14 day mark. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to request photos, in applicable situations, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defects/wrong or missing items.
Exchanges for defective items:
- Visit our returns center.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you'd like to exchange.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
*Please allow 24-48 hours for our customer service team to respond. If FRB staff deems the item is not defected by the manufacturer, we reserve the right to reject an exchange request. All returned items will be inspected by staff upon receipt. Any item that does not meet our return requirements may be refused and returned back to the sender.
*Once your exchange request is improved, you will receive instructions and a return label.
After we receive your item and inspect it, we will ship out a replacement. The replacement will be the same style and size of the defective item. No exceptions will be made.
Once your exchange has been authorized, you will receive an email with further details.

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
2. Refund options
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
- We do not allow refunds to original payment method. Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit.
Our return policy lasts until 14 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods.
Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving the return label, or the return will be canceled. When returning your item(s), tags must still be attached, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in a condition that allows Fidgey Ray Boutique to resell the item. If the item was received in plastic packaging, the item must be returned in the same packaging.
Fidgey Ray Boutique does not accept returns on white items, undergarments, swimsuits, or accessories. All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please note that any sale or discounted items are final sale.
Fidgey Ray Boutique is not responsible for items once the mail carrier has accepted them from our shipping department. We are not responsible for incorrectly supplied addresses, lost, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Fidgey Ray reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange request if you return items outside of the terms of our Return and Exchange policy.
